opportunity of possible refund or exchange of the artworks you
are not satisfied is made exactly for this purpose. Joyo
Art Salon provides a possibility to refund your money or
exchange the purchased items, if, due to some reason, you are
not satisfied with your purchase. Please notice
to the following policy when you need to return or exchange
the goods:

All return & exchange
request must notified us by e-mail within 3 days of
receiving the items.

The goods can be returned in
10 days in its original condition, i.e. undamaged,
and you shall be responsible for the full shipping
cost.

Please contact with us
regarding the document of the custom invoice before the
delivery, i.e. price and total amount indicated in the
custom invoice, receiver's name and address, etc.

You can exchange your
purchased items with any other art works, and we will be
happy to help you in choosing our best products.

No exchange or return for custom painting order if the artworks has begun.
We are sure, however, that you
will be fully satisfied with your purchase and will not need
to use this service.
We make all efforts to achieve
100% customer satisfaction. But in any reason you feel
dissatisfied, please let us know as soon as possible.
